Autumn Color Analysis - Are you the autumn who for one reason or another doesn't want to be an autumn?

Is it because all you see are the oranges and golds in the palette and you have concluded since you don't look good in these colors you can't possibly be an autumn?

When you analyze yourself to be an autumn, you have to remember there are many different colorations that fit into the autumn category.

The different combinations of hair and eye colors can have autumns looking quite different. I would like to break this down for you so you can have a better concept of exactly which colors in the palette are your very best colors.

To make the most of your autumn color analysis I would like to categorize autumns into three categories:

Dark Autumn - Very dark black brown hair; almost black and dark brown eyes
Warm Autumn - Blond,red, chestnut hair color with medium brown, hazel, amber or green eye color
Muted Autumn - Light brown, medium brown hair color and hazel, medium brown or green eyes

You will find that you have additional color choices that you can borrow from the other seasons depending which category you fit into. Even though you might borrow some colors your makeup colors should always stay true to your season.

For the purpose of really fine tuning your autumn color analysis, I am going to list your best clothing colors as well as your best makeup colors for your palette. This means that these are the colors that are absolutely your very best when worn by the face.

You can still wear the rest of your colors from your palette but they will be best when you either mix them with one of your best colors or wear them from the waist down. For example; if the jacket is not one of your best colors wear it with a sweater or blouse that is your best color.
