Shipping Policies

Carol Thompson Cosmetics accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States and Canada (includes APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories). We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience.

Carol Thompson orders normally ship within 3 days on in stock items unless specified special shipping. We will contact you on the delivery time if an item you ordered is on back order. Please allow an extra day if placing an order on the weekend or major holiday.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard $5.00 shipping on all orders.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unopened and unused product within 30 days and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of purchase. Regrettably shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Original sales receipt must accompany return.
